Our Background & Philosophy

Coombe Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest. Offering both private and group lessons with highly trained instructors, Coombe Stables caters to total beginners up to experienced riders. 

Home to 17 lovely ponies and horses, the Riding School enables riders to grow and develop in a small and intimate, friendly environment. All equipment and ponies provided. Coombe Stables is fully insured and fully licensed.

Set in 16 acres, Coombe Stables includes 12 stables, a 20 x 60m Gel Track Professional Menage and 17 ponies and horses.

ABOUT FAY LAI

With a lifetime of experience in the equine industry, Fay is an experienced rider having competed in dressage at Grand Prix level. Fay has a passion for teaching and has now opened Coombe Stables for lessons for all levels of rider. Mother of three, Fay loves teaching children and adults alike and is First Aid qualified.
